boy the last band of b/w/B/w/b is way closer to the sound hole than I have ever gone. I'd chip that sucker out for sure. ![]() |

Yup... I am a true believer in scoring lines before routing them. It prevents chip out quite well. |

I am almost affraid to post this but I will anyway. I think that the wood rosettes we have seen posted on this site are all realy spectacular. For me I won't buy another pre-made typical rosette ever again. BobC set me up with enough exotic wood for a couple years on my build schedule...so from here on out it natural for me. I like it! I like binding the sound hole idea too. It's just a nice extra touch that says hand made ( to me anyway). |
